Cancellation Policy

• Upon reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total booking value will be automatically charged via our payment system.

• The remaining 70% balance of the total booking value shall be automatically processed 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, and is also non-refundable.

• This cancellation policy is applicable to all reservations conducted either directly through our website or via affiliated channels, ensuring the best available rates online.

Unless otherwise stated, Gibraltar Stay and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Gibraltar Stay.

All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Gibraltar Stay for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

Sell, rent or sub-license material from Gibraltar Stay

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.
