Neat apartment in handy position Positive: This was a neat apartment in a good location in the heart of Gibraltar. Prices for accommodation in Gibraltar are generally high and this was no exception. It was reasonably well appointed for the price and quite comfortable. Negative: I'm not sure I like hosts asking to tell them privately of any complaints, but, at the same time, asking occupants to rate the room highly on this platform. As a traveler, i would feel cheated if I didn't find out about problems from comments like these. As it turns out, there was not a lot to complain about in this case (perhaps apart from the 50 GBP cost of a key if lost), but I think hosts should trust the people they hire the room to. I am sure everybody understands there are some people that will complain no matter what. That's normal and to be expected. It's the overall tone of reviews that is important, not one bad review against dozens of good ones.

Great place to stay Positive: Great location, just a few steps away from the amenities and the high street. Very clean, tidy. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Smooth communication before and upon arrival. Easy check-in and check-out. Highly recommended Negative: N/A

Positive: Excellent location, I received all instructions from the host on the booking chat, very fast and safe entrance, room was clean, comfortable beds, very well equipped, we had fan heaters. Negative: Parking is far, if you come by car, leave the luggage first at location. ( you can drive into the street ). I had one surprise, the water flowed in the bathroom in the shower next to the apartment above, I suppose it solved, It didn't bother us.
